The Nigerian Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NICCI) was honoured to participate in the Nigeria-Italy Economic and Industrial Forum yesterday, marking a significant milestone in strengthening international relations. Representing NICCI, Mr Ishmael Balogun, President of NICCI, joined a distinguished assembly of leaders, including Mr Stefano De Leo, the Italian Ambassador to Nigeria; Mrs Folashade Ambrose-Medebem, Lagos State Commissioner for Commerce, Cooperatives, Trade, and Investment; the Italian Commercial Attaché; Ambassador Akinremi Bolaji, Director of Economic, Trade & Investment at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; and a representative from the Ministry of Justice.
The forum provided a platform for focused discussions around reinforcing trade partnerships and fostering industrial collaboration between Nigeria and Italy. Through the exchange of insights and strategic ideas, these stakeholders underscored the shared commitment to advancing economic development and creating mutually beneficial opportunities.
